How does the pre-order process work?
If this is a possible pre-order, you can pre-order the goods and receive them within 8 business days. The goods will then be produced for you, reserved after payment, and subsequently delivered as quickly as possible. We will, of course, keep you updated on the delivery status after receiving your order.

Our leggings are made for everyone! Perfect fit for women & men.

How can I redeem a discount code?
Enter the discount code in the "Enter discount code" field under the "Order summary" tab during the checkout process. The discount will then be deducted from the purchase price. You need to expand the order summary in the mobile app.

*Please note: certain discount codes are
- applicable only to certain product categories,
- on a specific number of items in the shopping cart,
- redeemable only above a certain purchase value,
- valid for one-time use only or
- valid for a limited time

Should this be the case, you will receive a corresponding notification during the payment process. Please also note that multiple discount codes cannot be combined.

In our newsletter , which you can subscribe to at any time, you'll also regularly receive information about current discount and promotional codes. Simply scroll to the bottom of our website to the "Current Offers - Subscribe to Newsletter:" tab, where you can subscribe in the field provided. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can, of course, unsubscribe at any time.

Do I need to create a customer account to order from ESMINA DELUXE WEAR?
You are not required to create a customer account to shop at ESMINA DELUXE WEAR
To be able to place an order, creating an account is optional. You can, of course, also conveniently order as a guest. To do so, select "order as guest" during the ordering process.

What are the advantages of creating a customer account with ESMINA DELUXE WEAR and how does it work?
Creating a customer account offers the following advantages: Your address will be automatically saved for future orders when you log in to your account. This means you won't have to re-enter your billing and shipping addresses, or any other details for that matter. You can also view your current orders, invoices, order numbers, and order status, giving you a clearer overview.

You can create a customer account during the ordering process. Select "Create account" here.

If you already have a customer account but have forgotten your password, go to the "Login" tab in the top right corner of the website, enter your email address, and select "Forgot your password?" to create a new one. If you have any problems creating a new password, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Where can I find the bank details for an advance payment?
The bank details for the prepayment will be displayed directly during the ordering process and will also be sent to you by email with the order confirmation.
Important information regarding advance payment:

Please transfer the amount within a maximum of 3 business days. We will ship the goods immediately upon receipt of payment. Please note: Payments typically take 2 to 3 business days to process; this timeframe varies depending on the issuing bank. Delivery time after receipt of payment is expected to be 4-7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
